| West Manheim Township Community Survey |
West Manheim Township is preparing a new Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will recommend land use, housing, transportation, community facilities (such as parks and trails), and preservation policies for West Manheim over the next decade. The Plan will recommend policies for a zoning update. The Plan will recommend updates to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, which is the primary tool that the Township has to manage the development of different types of housing and businesses in different land areas.
The results of this survey will be posted on the Township website. Public meetings will be held in future months. Your responses to this survey will be used to help shape the Comprehensive Plan and future Zoning updates.
