Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law
West Manheim Township Board of Supervisors has adopted a Resolution that establishes policies to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law, as amended in 2008. Act 2 of 2008, the new Right-To-Know Law will take effect on January 1, 2009 and sets up new procedures for requesting and obtaining public records from Pennsylvania Municipalities.
